Cancellation Policy

All booking fee's are 100% non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do this no less than 48 hours before your appointment time. Any appointments rescheduled after the cancellation period will lose their booking fee. Appointments must be rescheduled to a date within 14 days of the original appointment date only. You are only able to reschedule once without losing the booking fee. On a rare occasion we may need to change your appointment for reasons out of our control. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule when making your new appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment please notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show to your appointment for whatever reason, you will be refused from making another booking without paying the full cost of that appointment.
